Chronic Disease Management
At AHP we want our patients to enjoy life and to assist with this goal, we use specialised education aimed at improving the self-management of patients’ chronic diseases to assist them to learn and understand more about their illness and to contribute towards better managing their health condition.
Mothers & Babies Care
Our clinic is very fortunate to have Dr Carrington at AHP. As well as being a GP, she is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, specialising furthermore in breastfeeding medicine, sleep difficulties, perinatal mental health, tongue tie assessments and unsettled babies. Dr Carrington is passionate about her patients and supporting all aspects and challenges of welcoming a new baby into the world.
Counselling
We have a dedicated Mental Health Nurse and a Counsellor who each work from the clinic one day a week. We also provide room rental to Headspace, who work from the clinic Monday-Friday, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25-year-olds.
